Step 1: Open the diffuser

Twist and remove the top portion of the diffuser to access the fragrance oil bottle.

 

Step 2: Remove the bottle

Carefully unscrew and remove the internal fragrance bottle.

 

Step 3: Add fragrance oil

Fill the bottle with your Aspire Aroma fragrance oil. Do not add water or dilute the oil.

 

Step 4: Reinstall the bottle

Secure the fragrance bottle back inside the diffuser and replace the top.

 

Step 5: Turn on the diffuser

Power on the Aspire 800 using the diffuser controls.

 

Step 6: Adjust your settings

Use the included remote control to adjust the fragrance intensity and operating settings to your preference.

 

Step 7: Connect to the Smart Life app

For additional control, connect the Aspire 800 to the Smart Life app using Bluetooth/Wi-Fi. Once connected, you can manage the diffuser directly from your phone.

 

Step 8: Recharge as needed

Connect the Type-C charging cable to the charging port near the base of the diffuser.

 

Step 9: Place and enjoy

Keep the diffuser upright on a stable surface and allow the fragrance to disperse throughout your space.

 

Important: Use fragrance oil only. Do not add water. Keep the diffuser upright whenever fragrance oil is inside.

DOWNLOAD & SETUP

 

Step 1: Download the App

Download Smart Life – Smart Living from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

 

Step 2: Create Your Account

Open the Smart Life app and create an account or sign in to an existing account.

 

Step 3: Enable Bluetooth & Wi-Fi

Turn on Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on your phone and allow the permissions requested by the Smart Life app.

 

Step 4: Turn On the Diffuser

Power on your Aspire diffuser and keep your phone close to the diffuser during setup.

 

CONNECT YOUR DIFFUSER

 

Step 5: Enter Pairing Mode

Press the diffuser’s Power button three (3) times.

The blue indicator light will begin blinking, confirming that the diffuser is ready to pair.

 

Step 6: Add Your Diffuser

Open the Smart Life app and tap the + in the upper-right corner. Select Add Device and allow the app to search for nearby devices.

 

Step 7: Select Your Diffuser

When the Aspire diffuser appears, select it and follow the instructions shown in the app to complete the connection.

 

Step 8: Complete Pairing

Once successfully connected, the diffuser will appear on the Smart Life home screen.

 

Step 9: Name Your Diffuser

You can rename your device based on where you use it, such as Aspire 800, Living Room, Bedroom, Office, or Lobby.

 

USING THE APP

 

Select your Aspire diffuser from the Smart Life home screen to access the available controls.

 

You can use the app to:

• Turn the diffuser ON or OFF
• Adjust available fragrance settings
View device status
• Create operating schedules
• Manage your diffuser remotely

 

HOW TO SET A SCHEDULE

 

Step 1: Open Your Diffuser

Open the Smart Life app and select your Aspire diffuser.

 

Step 2: Open Schedule

Tap Schedule or Timer from the diffuser control screen.

 

Step 3: Add a Schedule

Tap Add Schedule or the + to create a new schedule.

 

Step 4: Select the Time

Choose the time you want the diffuser to perform an action.

 

Step 5: Choose Repeat Days

• Select the days you want the schedule to repeat, such as:
Every day
Monday–Friday
Weekends
• Specific days of the week
• If repeat days are not selected, the schedule may operate as a one-time schedule.

 

Step 6: Choose the Action

Select what you want the diffuser to do at the scheduled time, such as Turn ON or Turn OFF.

 

Step 7: Save Your Schedule

Tap Save to activate the schedule.

 

SETTING AUTOMATIC ON & OFF TIMES

 

To have your diffuser automatically turn on and off each day, create two schedules — one for ON and one for OFF.

Example:

Schedule 1

9:00 AM → ON → Monday–Friday

Schedule 2

5:00 PM → OFF → Monday–Friday

Your diffuser will automatically turn on at 9:00 AM and turn off at 5:00 PM on the selected days.

 

PAIRING TROUBLESHOOTING

 

If your diffuser does not appear in the Smart Life app:

• Make sure the diffuser is powered on.
• Make sure Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled on your phone.
• Keep your phone close to the diffuser during pairing.
• Press the Power button three times until the blue indicator light begins blinking, then search for the diffuser again.
• If automatic detection does not find the diffuser, tap + → Add Device and follow the manual device setup options.

 

Important: Your diffuser must be connected and online for remote app controls to work.

Aspire 800 uses cool air diffusion to transform fragrance oil into an ultra-fine, dry mist that disperses evenly throughout your space. No water or heat is required, helping preserve the fragrance while providing consistent scent coverage.

Cleaning your diffuser regularly helps keep it performing at its best. Clean the diffuser when changing fragrances or approximately every 3 months.

 

Deep Cleaning Steps

 

Step 1: Fill ¼ of the diffuser bottle with 95% alcohol.

Step 2: Run the diffuser for 1–2 hours.

Step 3: Discard the alcohol.

Step 4: Rinse the bottle thoroughly with water.

Step 5: Allow the bottle to dry completely. The bottle must be 100% dry before adding fragrance oil.

Step 6: Refill with fragrance oil and resume use.

Returns

6-Month Warranty

Aspire Aroma diffusers include a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery covering manufacturing defects and product malfunctions under normal use.

 

Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, or failure to follow product care and cleaning instructions is not covered under the warranty.
