Step 1: Add Your Fragrance Oil
 
• Make sure the diffuser is turned OFF before opening.
• Remove the fragrance oil bottle from the diffuser.
Unscrew the bottle from the atomizer.
• Fill the bottle with your favorite Aspire Aroma Fragrance Oil.
• Screw the bottle securely back onto the atomizer.
• Reinstall the bottle into the diffuser.
• Make sure everything is properly secured before turning the unit on.
 
Important: This is a waterless diffuser. Do not add water. 
 
Step 2: Power On
 
• Plug the diffuser directly into a compatible wall outlet.
• Make sure the diffuser remains upright while installed.
• Turn the diffuser on.
Allow a few moments for the fragrance to begin dispersing throughout the space.
 
Step 3: Adjust Your Scent
 
The diffuser allows you to customize the fragrance intensity by controlling how long it sprays and how long it pauses between scent cycles.
 
• Longer spray time + shorter pause: Stronger fragrance
• Shorter spray time + longer pause: Lighter fragrance
 
Tip: Start with a lower setting and increase gradually until you reach your preferred scent level.
 
Step 4: Set a Schedule
 
You can program the diffuser to operate during selected hours instead of running continuously.
 
For example, the diffuser can be programmed to spray for 30 seconds, pause for 30 seconds, and operate between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM each day. 
 
Step 5: App Control
 
This model supports app control, allowing you to customize the diffuser’s operation and fragrance schedule from your compatible device. 
 
Tip: When using a new fragrance for the first time, begin with a lighter setting and adjust as needed for your space.

The Aspire 500 can be controlled through the Aroma-Link app using Bluetooth and supported Wi-Fi connectivity. The app allows you to manage operating times and fragrance concentration.

CONNECTING YOUR ASPIRE 500

• Download and open the Aroma-Link app.
• Make sure the Aspire 500 is plugged in and powered on.
• Turn on Bluetooth on your phone.
• Stay close to the diffuser while connecting.
• Open Aroma-Link and locate your diffuser in the available device list.
• Select the diffuser to connect.
• Once connected, select the device to open its control screen.

 

SETTING THE WORKING PERIOD

• Open your Aspire 500 in the app.
• Select Working Period.
• Choose the day or days you want the diffuser to operate.
• Select the desired Start Time and End Time.
• Turn the schedule switch ON.
• Additional operating periods can be added if desired.
• Tap Save when finished.

 

ADJUSTING FRAGRANCE INTENSITY

Select Concentration to control how frequently the diffuser releases fragrance.

The app provides several preset levels:

Faint: 5 sec ON / 360 sec pause
Light: 10 sec ON / 270 sec pause
Moderate: 10 sec ON / 210 sec pause
Aromatic: 15 sec ON / 180 sec pause
More: 20 sec ON / 120 sec pause
Strong: 30 sec ON / 90 sec pause
Customize: Create your own scent and pause cycle

• Tap Save after selecting your preferred concentration.

 

Tip: Start with Faint or Light and allow the fragrance to circulate before increasing the concentration. Larger or more open spaces may require a stronger setting.

Aspire 500 uses cool air diffusion to transform fragrance oil into an ultra-fine, dry mist that disperses evenly throughout your space. No water or heat is required, helping preserve the fragrance while providing consistent scent coverage.

Cleaning your diffuser regularly helps keep it performing at its best. Clean the diffuser when changing fragrances or approximately every 3 months.

 

Deep Cleaning Steps

 

Step 1: Fill ¼ of the diffuser bottle with 95% alcohol.

Step 2: Run the diffuser for 1–2 hours.

Step 3: Discard the alcohol.

Step 4: Rinse the bottle thoroughly with water.

Step 5: Allow the bottle to dry completely. The bottle must be 100% dry before adding fragrance oil.

Step 6: Refill with fragrance oil and resume use.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

 

6-Month Warranty

Aspire Aroma diffusers include a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery covering manufacturing defects and product malfunctions under normal use.

 

Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, or failure to follow product care and cleaning instructions is not covered under the warranty.

Aspire Aroma fragrance oils are specially formulated for use with scent diffusers.
