HOW TO USE
Step 1: Open the Diffuser
Unlock and open the diffuser to access the fragrance oil compartment.
Step 2: Add Fragrance Oil
Remove the fragrance bottle and fill it with your desired Aspire Aroma fragrance oil. Secure the bottle properly inside the diffuser before closing the unit.
Step 3: Connect the Power
Plug the diffuser into a power source and turn it on. The display will illuminate when the unit is powered.
Step 4: Choose Your Setup
The diffuser can operate as a standalone unit or be connected to your HVAC system using the included tubing for whole-space scent distribution.
Step 5: Connect Through Bluetooth
Turn on Bluetooth on your phone and open the compatible diffuser app. Locate your diffuser and connect to the device.
Step 6: Adjust Your Fragrance Settings
Use the app to customize the diffuser’s working mode, fragrance intensity, and operating schedule. Start with a lower intensity and increase gradually until you reach your preferred scent level.
Step 7: Set Your Schedule
Choose the days and times you want the diffuser to operate. Scheduling allows the unit to automatically scent your space only when needed.
Step 8: Maintain Your Diffuser
Periodically check the fragrance oil level and refill as needed. For best performance, clean the diffuser according to the recommended maintenance schedule, especially when changing fragrances.
Tip: For larger spaces or HVAC use, start with a moderate setting and allow the fragrance time to circulate before increasing the intensity.
HVAC CONNECTION
Step 1: Choose the Installation Location
Place the diffuser close to your HVAC system where it can be safely mounted and easily accessed for fragrance oil refills and maintenance.
Step 2: Turn Off the HVAC System
Before installation, turn off the HVAC system and power to the area where you will be working.
Step 3: Connect the Tubing to the Diffuser
Attach the provided fragrance tubing securely to the diffuser’s air outlet. Make sure the tubing is firmly connected and free of bends or kinks.
Step 4: Connect the Tubing to the HVAC Duct
Create an appropriately sized opening in the HVAC supply duct and insert the other end of the tubing. Secure the connection so the tubing remains firmly in place.
Step 5: Position the Tubing Correctly
Keep the tubing as short and straight as possible. Avoid sharp bends, pinching, or excessive tubing length, as this may affect fragrance distribution.
Step 6: Secure the Diffuser
Mount or position the diffuser securely near the HVAC system. Keep the unit upright to prevent fragrance oil from leaking.
Step 7: Add Fragrance Oil
Fill the fragrance bottle with your selected Aspire Aroma fragrance oil, secure it inside the diffuser, and close the unit.
Step 8: Restore Power & Test
Turn the HVAC system and diffuser back on. Allow several minutes for the fragrance to begin circulating through the vents.
Step 9: Adjust the Scent Level
Use the diffuser controls or Bluetooth app to adjust fragrance intensity and operating times. Begin with a lower setting and gradually increase it until you reach your preferred scent level.
Important: HVAC systems vary. If installation requires drilling into ductwork or you are unsure where the tubing should be connected, installation by an HVAC professional is recommended.
APP CONTROL & SETUP
Control and customize your Aspire 4000 directly from your smartphone using the Scent Marketing app.
Step 1: Download the App
Download Scent Marketing from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Step 2: Power On Your Aspire 4000
Connect the diffuser to power and turn it on.
Step 3: Enable Bluetooth
Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone and stay close to the Aspire 4000 during setup.
Step 4: Open the App
Open Scent Marketing and allow Bluetooth permissions if requested.
Step 5: Connect Your Diffuser
Search for nearby devices in the app. Select your Aspire 4000 when it appears and connect.
Step 6: Set Your Working Schedule
Choose the days of the week and the start and end times you want your diffuser to operate.
Step 7: Adjust Scent Intensity
Customize the fragrance output based on your space and preference. We recommend starting at a lower intensity and gradually increasing as needed.
Step 8: Save Your Settings
Save your settings in the app. Your Aspire 4000 will automatically operate according to your selected schedule.
Connection Tips: Make sure the Aspire 4000 is powered on, Bluetooth is enabled, and your phone is near the diffuser during setup. If the diffuser does not appear, close and reopen the app and try connecting again.
COOL AIR DIFFUSION TECHNOLOGY
Aspire 4000 uses cool air diffusion to transform fragrance oil into an ultra-fine, dry mist that disperses evenly throughout your space. No water or heat is required, helping preserve the fragrance while providing consistent scent coverage.
DIFFUSER CLEANING & CARE
Cleaning your diffuser regularly helps keep it performing at its best. Clean the diffuser when changing fragrances or approximately every 3 months.
Deep Cleaning Steps
Step 1: Fill ¼ of the diffuser bottle with 95% alcohol.
Step 2: Run the diffuser for 1–2 hours.
Step 3: Discard the alcohol.
Step 4: Rinse the bottle thoroughly with water.
Step 5: Allow the bottle to dry completely. The bottle must be 100% dry before adding fragrance oil.
Step 6: Refill with fragrance oil and resume use.

Returns

6-Month Warranty
Aspire Aroma diffusers include a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery covering manufacturing defects and product malfunctions under normal use.
Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, or failure to follow product care and cleaning instructions is not covered under the warranty.
