Set Up Manually

 

• Add Fragrance Oil

•  Remove the fragrance oil bottle from the diffuser. Fill the bottle with your preferred Aspire Aroma fragrance oil, then securely reinstall it.

•  Connect the Power

• Plug the included power cable into the diffuser and connect it to a power source.

• Turn On the Diffuser

• Press and hold the Power button to turn the diffuser on. The display will illuminate when the unit is powered on.

• Set the Current Time

• Use the control buttons on the diffuser to set the current hour and minutes. Make sure the correct time is set before programming a schedule.

• Set the Working Time

• Enter the manual programming settings and select the time you want the diffuser to start and stop operating.

• Set the Scent Intensity

• Adjust the Work and Pause intervals to control how frequently fragrance is released. A longer work time or shorter pause time will produce a stronger scent.

• Save Your Settings

Confirm your selections and allow the diffuser to return to the main display. The diffuser will now operate automatically according to the programmed settings.

 

Tip: Start with a lower scent intensity and gradually increase it as needed. Allow the fragrance time to circulate throughout the space before making additional adjustments.

Pair the Diffuser

• Turn on the diffuser.

• Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.

• Open the Aroma Messager app.

• Follow the prompts to add/connect your diffuser.

• Select the diffuser once it appears in the app.

• Once connected, the diffuser control screen will display the device status and settings.

 

Adjust Fragrance Duration

• On the main device screen, locate Fragrance duration.

• Use the – and + controls to adjust the fragrance duration. Moving toward Light provides lighter fragrance output, while moving toward Concentrated provides stronger fragrance output.

• Start at a lower setting and increase gradually until the desired scent level is reached.

 

Set a Working Schedule

• The app provides four programmable working modes: C1, C2, C3, and C4. Each mode can have its own operating schedule.

• Tap C1, C2, C3, or C4.

• Under Interval, select the desired interval in seconds.

• Under Start, select the time you want the diffuser to begin operating.

• Under Finish, select the time you want the diffuser to stop operating.

• Under Working Period, select the days you want the schedule to run.

• Selected days will appear highlighted.

• Tap Save in the upper-right corner.

 

For example, a schedule can be programmed to operate Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, while a separate mode can be created for weekends.

 

Using Multiple Schedules

• Use C1–C4 when you need different scenting times throughout the week. For example, you can use one mode for weekdays and another for weekends.

• Each programmed mode displays its start and finish time, interval, and selected operating days directly on the main device screen.

 

Device Settings

• Tap the settings/control icon in the upper-right corner of the device screen to access additional diffuser settings.

 

Tip: After changing a working mode, always tap Save before leaving the screen so your new schedule is stored.

Aspire 1200 uses cool air diffusion to transform fragrance oil into an ultra-fine, dry mist that disperses evenly throughout your space. No water or heat is required, helping preserve the fragrance while providing consistent scent coverage.

Cleaning your diffuser regularly helps keep it performing at its best. Clean the diffuser when changing fragrances or approximately every 3 months.

 

Deep Cleaning Steps

 

Step 1: Fill ¼ of the diffuser bottle with 95% alcohol.

Step 2: Run the diffuser for 1–2 hours.

Step 3: Discard the alcohol.

Step 4: Rinse the bottle thoroughly with water.

Step 5: Allow the bottle to dry completely. The bottle must be 100% dry before adding fragrance oil.

Step 6: Refill with fragrance oil and resume use.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

 

6-Month Warranty

Aspire Aroma diffusers include a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery covering manufacturing defects and product malfunctions under normal use.

 

Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, or failure to follow product care and cleaning instructions is not covered under the warranty.

Aspire Aroma fragrance oils are specially formulated for use with scent diffusers.
